Contribution Payment Period

Contributions can be paid monthly, quarterly, 6-monthly and annually.

Additional Contribution

Additional contribution is referred to as a supplementary payment that may be made into the pension plan at your request any time during the plan by the participant or the person paying into the partcipant’s pension account.

Plan Administration Fee

Payment under the relevant contract shall be considered as suspended if no payment is made to the relevant account within three months for contribution amounts not paid on respective due dates. In such case, a deduction of 2 TRY can be made for each suspended month.

In case suspension lasts for more than one year, fixed amounts paid to Pension Monitoring Center shall be collected for the relevant pension account.

Fund Total Management Fee

The daily total management fees charged on the basis of each fund’s net asset value are shown in the following table:

Entrance Fee

Entrance Fee to be collected in advance is 10% of the monthly gross minimum wage applicable at proposal form execution date. This amount can be paid according to the preferred contribution payment period (monthly, quarterly, 6-monthly and annually). The remainder shall be collected as a deduction from fund savings under "Deferred Entrance Fee" title as explained below, in cases where participant terminates the contract through withdrawal from the sytem within 10 years after contract enforcement date or transfer of savings.

• In case participant leaves the company within 3 years after contract enforcement date, prepaid portion of the entrance fee shall be deducted from 75% of the monthly gross minimum wage applicable at proposal form execution date.

• In case contract completes 3 years and participant leaves the company within 6 years after contract enforcement date, prepaid portion of the entrance fee shall be deducted from 50% of the monthly gross minimum wage applicable at proposal form execution date.

• In case contract completes 6 years and participant leaves the company within 10 years after contract enforcement date, prepaid portion of the entrance fee shall be deducted from 25% of the monthly gross minimum wage applicable at proposal form execution date.

In case participant has multiple individual pension contracts or a group individual pension contract with our company, entrance fee shall be collected for the first contract only.

Plus Pension Plan

Contribution Payment Period

Contributions can be paid monthly, quarterly, 6-monthly and annually.

Additional Contribution

Additional contribution is referred to as a supplementary payment that may be made into the pension plan at your request any time during the plan by the participant or the person paying into the partcipant’s pension account.

Plan Administration Fee

An administration fee of up to 2% is charged on the regular and additional contributions made during your contract term under this plan.

You can reduce the administration fee applicable to your contributions down to firstly 1% then 0% progressively during your contract term. Accordingly, if:

• In case the paid contribution amount for the contract exceeds 12 times the monthly gross minimum wage applicable at proposal form execution date, administrative fee rate shall be decreased to 1%. Administrative fee rate shall be implemented as 1%, starting as of the subsequent contribution until retirement period.

• In case the paid contribution amount for the contract exceeds 48 times the monthly gross minimum wage applicable at proposal form execution date, administrative fee rate shall be zero. Administrative fee rate shall be implemented as 0%, starting as of the subsequent contribution until retirement period.

In this plan, you are entitled to decrease the administrative fee rates applicable to the additional contributions you've paid, first down to 1% and subsequently to 0%. According to this;

• In case the additional contribution amount paid exceeds 6 times the monthly gross minimum wage applicable at proposal form execution date, administrative fee rate shall be decreased to 1%.

• In case the additional contribution amount paid exceeds 12 times the monthly gross minimum wage applicable at proposal form execution date, administrative fee rate shall be decreased to 0%.

Full Pension Plan

Initial Contribution

Initial contribution amount shall be collected during proposal stage. Initial contribution can be an amount to be determined by the participant but min. 5,000 TRY in any case. Payment of initial contribution during proposal stage is required for contract enforcement.

Fund Entrance Fee

In this plan, no entrance fee shall be collected at contract start. It shall be collected as a deduction from fund savings under "Deferred Entrance Fee" title as explained below, in cases where participant terminated the contract through withdrawal from PPS within 10 years after contract enforcement date or transfer of savings.

• In case you leave the company within 3 years after contract enforcement date, 75% of the monthly gross minimum wage applicable at proposal form execution date.

• In case contract completes 3 years and you leave the company within 6 years after contract enforcement date, 50% of the monthly gross minimum wage applicable at proposal form execution date.

• In case contract completes 6 years and you leave the company within 10 years after contract enforcement date, 25% of the monthly gross minimum wage applicable at proposal form execution date.

In case participant has multiple individual pension contracts or a group individual pension contract with our company, entrance fee shall be collected for the first contract only.
